アカウント削除のご案内Account Deletion
「ユウのねむり」のアカウント、およびサーバー上に保存された関連データの削除をご希望の方は、このページの手順に沿ってご依頼ください。
If you wish to delete your “Yu's Sleep” account and the related data stored on the server, please follow the steps on this page.
削除の対象What Is Deleted
ご依頼により、サーバー上のアカウントに紐づく次のデータを削除します。
- 睡眠記録（就寝・起床の時刻、ユウのコメント等）
- おしゃべり（ユウとのチャット）の会話履歴、好感度、シチュエーションの解放状況、ねむりポイントの記録
- プロフィール情報
- 応援プランの加入状態に関する記録
おしゃべりの会話履歴と好感度だけを消したい場合は、アカウントを削除せずに、アプリの「設定 →『おしゃべりの初期化』」からいつでも削除できます（解放済みのシチュエーションと消費済みのねむりポイントは戻りません）。
端末内に保存されたデータは、アプリの削除（アンインストール）により消去されます。
Upon your request, the following data associated with your account on the server will be deleted.
- Sleep records (bedtime and wake times, Yu's comments, etc.)
- Chat (talking with Yu): conversation history, affinity, unlocked situations, and Sleep Point records
- Profile information
- Records of your Support Plan subscription status
If you only want to erase your chat history and affinity, you can do so at any time from “Settings → ‘Reset chat’” in the app, without deleting your account (situations already unlocked and Sleep Points already spent are not restored).
Data stored on your device is erased by deleting (uninstalling) the app.
アプリ内から削除する（推奨） Delete from Within the App (Recommended)
アプリから、ご自身でいつでもアカウントとサーバー上のデータを削除できます。
- アプリを開き、マイページから「設定」を開きます。
- 「アカウントの削除」→「アカウントを削除」を選びます。
- 内容を確認し、「アカウントを削除する」をタップして確定します。
削除は取り消せません。削除後も、アプリは新しい状態のまま引き続きご利用いただけます。
You can delete your account and the data on the server yourself at any time from within the app.
- Open the app and go to “Settings” from My Page.
- Choose “Delete account,” then tap “Delete account.”
- Review the details and tap “Delete account” to confirm.
Deletion cannot be undone. After deletion, you can keep using the app in a fresh state.

下のボタンからメールでご依頼ください。ご本人確認のため、Apple または Google と連携してご利用の場合は、連携に使用したメールアドレスをお知らせください。
匿名のままご利用の場合、サーバー上のデータは個人を識別できる情報を含みません。アプリを削除いただくことで端末内のデータは消去されます。サーバー上の記録の削除をご希望の場合は、ご利用状況などの手がかりとあわせてご連絡ください。
Please send your request by email using the button below. For identity verification, if you use the app with an Apple or Google account linked, please tell us the email address used for linking.
If you use the app anonymously, the data on the server contains no information that identifies you. Deleting the app erases the data on your device. If you would like the records on the server removed, please contact us together with any details about your use.
有料プランの解約についてCanceling Your Subscription
アカウントの削除は、App Store または Google Play の課金（サブスクリプション）を自動的には解約しません。お支払いを停止するには、各ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面から別途解約してください。
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription on the App Store or Google Play. To stop billing, please cancel separately from each store's subscription management screen.
処理期間と保持Timeframe and Retention
ご依頼の受領後、遅滞なく（目安として30日以内に）削除に対応します。ただし、法令により保存が義務づけられている情報（取引記録等）は、所定の期間保持する場合があります。
After receiving your request, we will respond to the deletion without undue delay (as a guideline, within 30 days). However, information required to be retained by law (such as transaction records) may be kept for the prescribed period.
